Humans have lived on the earth for generations and received fresh air, warm sunshine and clear water from nature. Before that, we often lived in harmony with the natural environment.

Later, with the development of industry, science and technology became more and more developed, the economy became better and better, and people lived a rich and convenient life. However, everything always has two sides.

The development of industry has also brought serious damage to the environment. I don't know how many trees there are in the forest, how much wind and rain have endured, and how many years have passed. However, many lawless elements cut down trees indiscriminately, making these trees and even the whole forest disappear gradually. There is also river pollution, and sewage from many chemical plants is discharged at will, which has seriously affected the quality of rivers, and many fish and other creatures in the water have died.

There are thousands of dead pigs salvaged in Songjiang, Shanghai, which is really irritating! The pigs in the pig farm died, and the managers did not dispose of the dead pigs legally, but threw them into the water. Don't they think this is the river on which everyone lives? If someone has an accident because of drinking such water, won't he be condemned by his conscience? This is really a very shameful act.

In order to protect the natural environment, I think we should start with small things. First of all, we should vigorously publicize the importance and necessity of protecting the environment, so that people can form a good habit of not littering, spitting, trampling on flowers and plants, not using plastic bags and disposable chopsticks as much as possible, and cherishing water resources from an early age, so that if these small details can be done well, then I don't think I will make a bigger mistake.

In addition, those who violate the environment should be severely punished, otherwise more people will only join the ranks.
