Established in 199 1, Guangzhou Songzhou Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center (affiliated to "Guangzhou Drug Rehabilitation Management Office") under the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice is the earliest judicial administrative drug rehabilitation center in Guangdong Province.

In accordance with the Anti-drug Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), this place provides drug addicts with guidance and assistance in compulsory isolation and community rehabilitation. There are six internal institutions (office, administrative office, education and correction office, art and financial planning office, political office, supervision and audit bureau) and eight directly affiliated institutions (three compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers, entry-exit brigade, two drug rehabilitation centers, etc.).

2. Guangzhou Drug Rehabilitation Center

Guangzhou Baiyun Voluntary Drug Rehabilitation Center is affiliated to Guangzhou Baiyun Psychological Hospital, namely Guangzhou Baiyun Voluntary Medical Drug Rehabilitation Center. It is approved by Guangdong Provincial Health Department of the Ministry of Health and Guangdong Provincial Anti-drug Committee, jointly established by Guangzhou Baiyun Psychological Hospital and Guangzhou Communist Youth League, and is a national designated voluntary drug rehabilitation medical institution integrating scientific research and clinical practice.
