1. Responsibilities
The quality supervisor of the technical department is responsible for the inspection and supervision of injection raw materials, in-process products and finished products, and timely feedback the quality situation to the production department. The inspection should be responsible for the product quality control in the injection process according to the product operation instructions or corresponding process documents.
the injection molding, extrusion, spray coating and other products on duty shall be thoroughly inspected before storage. If there are any questions or disputes during inspection, the quality supervisor or department leader shall coordinate and handle them, and report them to the relevant responsible leaders of the company.
2, the implementation of the process;

Inspection control of products inspected by inspectors shall be judged and implemented according to the requirements of Inspection Guide for Injection Molded Parts and Sprayed Parts.
3. Environmental control in the process
Finished products, semi-finished products, qualified products and unqualified products of injection-molded parts and spray-painted parts should be placed neatly in the specified areas and marked according to regulations, and the inspector has the right to control and coordinate the process.
4. Quality control before warehousing
Before warehousing, the inspector should confirm whether the products in warehousing are qualified, and the qualified products should be stamped with the inspection stamp on the product certificate. And do (sampling warehousing records) injection molding, spraying (product warehousing staff) should be based on the product certificate stamped with the inspection stamp before warehousing, products without inspection stamp identification are not warehousing. If the unqualified products are confirmed before warehousing, the parties concerned shall be notified in time for rework. If the products cannot be reworked in time due to inability to rework or other reasons, the re-inspector shall mark the unqualified products, fill in the (Rework Record Sheet) and report it to the relevant responsible person for coordination. The warehouse shall well divide the product areas, and manage them according to the requirements of the relevant Regulations on Warehouse Management, and verify and accept the quantity of products put into storage. The products without inspection stamp on the product certificate shall be rejected, and the products without certificates and chapters shall not be accepted.
5. Process improvement
Quality management personnel should correct the problems in time, analyze and find out the improvement methods. When the production conditions of injection molding, spraying and other production departments change (such as changes in materials, facilities and personnel, etc.), quality department inspectors should reconfirm the above processes and take measures to ensure that they respond to the changes that affect the process capacity and

6. Product quality requirements for injection-molded parts and spray-painted parts:
Cleanliness requirements: the surface of the product is bright and clean, free from dirt and oil stains. The surface parting surface is smooth, the surface is dark, there is no bump, orange peel, and the visible surface is free of impurities. Trim neatly, without jagged edges, trim width ≤.5mm, trim the sprue neatly, the white print is not particularly obvious, and burrs are not allowed everywhere on the assembly visual surface. The color shall be the same as that of the color swatch and the sealed sample parts, and those without sealed sample parts shall conform to the color standard marked in the drawings, and there is no obvious color difference in the complete set of parts by visual inspection; The overall color is uniform, and the linear part is uniform in thickness; There are no wrinkles, bubbles and burrs that obviously affect the appearance. The diameter of each point of the impurity whose directly exposed surface is inconsistent with the paint color should be less than or equal to .3 mm. 7. Marking, packaging, transportation and storage marks require quality. The packaging of the parts should be affixed with a qualified marking card, and the name, model, production date, manufacturer's name and production batch number of the parts should be marked.
