Recently, Chery Holding Group decided to donate the 10 negative pressure ambulance produced by Chery River, a subsidiary of the group, to help fight the epidemic. Among them, the first batch of two negative-pressure ambulances donated to Jilin City, Jilin Province, a key epidemic area, were delivered to the Red Cross Society of Wuhu City on the spot after being off the assembly line in the workshop of Chery River that afternoon, and immediately loaded with logistics vehicles to drive to Jilin City.

"Considering the large demand for medical materials for scientific and precise epidemic prevention, Chery Group decided to donate a batch of negative-pressure ambulances to the epidemic prevention front line," said the head of Chery Holding Group. It is understood that Jilin Province is currently a key area for epidemic prevention and control in China, and medical materials such as negative pressure ambulances are in short supply. Chery is anxious about the "war epidemic" and once again lends a helping hand, hoping to help the local area win the epidemic prevention and control war.

As an important medical technical equipment in the battlefield of epidemic prevention and control, negative pressure ambulance has the function of "negative pressure isolation" which is different from ordinary ambulances, and is vividly called "extra large N95 mask". The Chery River V362 negative pressure ambulance delivered this time is mainly used for the safe isolation and transshipment of patients with major infectious diseases. Vehicles are manufactured according to passenger car standards, and the whole vehicle adopts aviation plastic parts. Through negative pressure isolation, the external environment can be protected from pollution and the epidemic situation can be prevented from spreading further.

As early as 2020, when the COVID-19 epidemic broke out, Chery Group arranged for Chery River to undertake the production of two batches of tasks before and after the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with a total of 40 negative-pressure ambulances, which were used for the safe isolation and transportation of patients with major infectious diseases in areas with serious epidemics such as Wuhan. According to Ke Dengchuan, general manager of Chery River, more than 800 negative-pressure ambulances have been produced for epidemic prevention since the outbreak. At present, the Chery River factory is "racing against time" to produce day and night, and the order has been scheduled for June. Due to the recent severe epidemic situation in Jilin, two sets of special emergency production are given priority in Jilin through internal capacity negotiation, hoping to do our best to protect the epidemic prevention and control work.
