Subtract the number of black dots from 13 to get the specific year.

4. Open the engine compartment cover and check whether the engine compartment is clean. If the vehicle has been left for a long time or has been used, there will be obvious dust or stains in some places.

5. Open the door and pay attention to whether the door switch is smooth and whether the door gap is consistent with the front and rear bumper gap.

6. Check the tire production date. Since tires are purchased, the production date must be different from the car production date. Don’t worry too much about this. However, if the tire production date is a certain number of years from the car pick-up date, then It's worth noting. 9. Test run the vehicle. If the engine is allowed to be started, observe whether the engine idling is stable, whether the steering wheel is obviously shaking, whether the front and rear seats are obviously vibrating, whether there is obvious noise in the car, etc.

10. Check the procedures related to the new car, such as car purchase invoice, certificate of conformity, vehicle consistency certificate, motor vehicle registration certificate, three-guarantee certificate, vehicle user manual, new car delivery confirmation form, etc.
