What forest cities are there in my country currently?

What forest cities are there currently in my country?

In 2004, the National Greening Committee and the State Forestry Administration launched the "National Forest City" assessment process, and at the same time held a China Urban Forest Forum every year. The National Forest City aims to "let the forest enter the city and let the city embrace the forest". It is my country's highest honor for evaluating a city's greening performance.

In 2004, the National Greening Committee and the State Forestry Administration awarded the first three cities, Guiyang, Shenyang and Changsha, the title of National Forest City.

As of June 18, 2011, the National Greening Committee and the State Forestry Administration have awarded 30 cities as national forest cities:

Guiyang, Guizhou, Shenyang, Liaoning, Changsha, Hunan, Chengdu, Sichuan, Baotou, Inner Mongolia, Xuchang, Henan, Lin'an, Zhejiang, Xinxiang, Henan, Guangzhou, Guangdong, Aksu, Xinjiang, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Weihai, Shandong, Baoji, Shaanxi, Wuxi, Jiangsu, Wuhan, Hubei, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, Benxi, Liaoning, Zunyi, Guizhou, Xichang, Sichuan, Xinyu, Jiangxi , Luohe, Henan, Ningbo, Zhejiang, Yangzhou, Jiangsu, Dalian, Liaoning, Hunchun, Jilin, Longquan, Zhejiang, Luoyang, Henan, Wuzhou, Guangxi, Luzhou, Sichuan, Shihezi, Xinjiang Corps.

On October 14, 2011, the National Greening Committee and the State Forestry Administration decided to award Nanning the title of "National Forest City". It is reported that only 8 provincial capital cities in the country have won this honor.

On July 9, 2012, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Anshan City, Liaoning Province, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, Sanmenxia City, Henan Province, Yichang City, Hubei Province, Hunan Province Ten cities including Yiyang City in the province, Liuzhou City in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Yongchuan District in Chongqing City were awarded the title of "National Forest City" by the National Greening Committee and the State Forestry Administration. So far, 41 cities across the country have received this honor.
