4 General provisions

4.2.3 When the pit depth is more than 2.5m and the building layout allows, the pit entrance meeting the requirements of the safety door shall be set; When there is no other access to the pit, a permanent device should be installed to enter the pit from the landing door, and the device should not extend into the elevator operation space.
4.2.4 The hoistway shall be dedicated to the elevator, and no equipment and cables unrelated to the elevator shall be installed in the hoistway. Heating equipment can be installed in the shaft, but steam and water should not be used as heat sources, and the control and adjustment device of heating equipment should be installed outside the shaft.
4.2.5 The shaft shall be provided with permanent electric lighting, and the illumination in the shaft shall be no less than 50lx. Install lamps and lanterns within 0.5m of the highest and lowest points of the shaft, install intermediate lights, and set control switches in the machine room and the pit respectively.
4.2.6 In a hoistway equipped with multiple elevators, guardrails should be set between the bottom pits of the elevators, with the lowest point not exceeding 0.3m from the ground of the bottom pit and at least extending to a height of 2.5m above the ground of the lowest floor. The gap between the guardrails and the hoistway wall in the width direction of the guardrails should not be greater than 150mm.
When the horizontal distance between the top edge of the car and the moving parts (car, counterweight or counterweight) of the adjacent elevator is less than 0.5m, the guardrail shall extend to the height of the whole hoistway. The width of guardrail shall not be less than the width of protected moving parts (or parts thereof) plus 0. 1m on each side.
4.2.7 Anti-seepage and water leakage should be well done in the pit, and there should be no accumulated water in the pit.

5 Construction preparation

To facilitate installation, a horizontal pipe should be set 200 ~ 400 mm below each layer of support, and a horizontal pipe should be installed between two horizontal pipes to facilitate climbing up and down. (3) When determining the center line of the counterweight track, the counterweight width (including the counterweight block and the most prominent part) should be considered, and the clearance with the wall and the car should not be less than 50 mm ..
(4) For elevators with front and rear doors (through doors), the depth of the hoistway should be ≥ the width of the landing sill ×2+ the gap between the landing sill and the car sill ×2+ the car depth. And should consider whether the vertical condition of the shaft wall meets the installation requirements.
(5) Determine the threshold position of each floor, and measure the distance between each bracket and the line according to the door line of each floor. If you plan well, you must take care of the majority. It is necessary to consider less brackets or walls, and to stabilize the windowsill farthest from the wall. The gap between the doorpost and the upper wall is less than 30 mm ..
(6) For the elevator with marble door cover and decorative wall on the floor door building, the construction of door cover and decorative wall should be considered in addition to the consideration in (5) above when determining the floor door baseline.
(7) When installing two or more parallel elevators, attention should be paid to whether the center distance of each elevator is consistent with the architectural drawings. According to the construction situation of the shaft, the position of all landing door indicator lights and button boxes should be considered comprehensively, so that their heights are consistent, coordinated with the building and beautiful.
(8) When determining the baseline of several elevators that are relatively parallel, in addition to the above precautions, the width of the elevator waiting hall on both sides should be consistent according to the building and the door cover, and the doors of two elevator floors should be relatively consistent to ensure the aesthetic requirements of elevator door cover construction or civil marble door cover construction.
(9) When determining the baseline, the layout of the computer room should also be reviewed. Whether there is any problem in the layout of electrical equipment such as traction machine, I-beam, speed limiter, generator, limit switch and layer selector, and whether it is convenient for maintenance, make necessary adjustments.
6. 1.3 template in place, hang the baseline:

3 At the formwork, hang the lighter objects at one end of the steel wire and slowly lower them into the pit in sequence. The middle of the vertical line cannot touch scaffolding or other objects, nor can the steel wire have a knot.
4 At the pay-off point, vertically saw or draw a small V-shaped groove with a saw blade or an electrician's knife, so that the apex of the V-shaped groove is the pay-off point, and pay-off is carried out to prevent errors caused by the displacement of the baseline, and the name of the line is marked at the pay-off point, and the tail line is firmly tied on the fixing nail.
5. After the line into the pit, replace the hanging object when paying off with a line pendant, and let it stand vertically naturally. If the trip is high or the wind is strong, it is difficult for the steel wire pendant to rest. You can put a bucket in the pit and put the steel wire pendant in water or engine oil to increase its swing resistance and let the steel wire pendant rest as soon as possible.
6 Fix the lower formwork with wood square support at 600 ~ 1000 mm of the pit, fix the line on the formwork wood with U-shaped nails after the baseline is fixed, and then check the size and diagonal of each setting-out fixed point on the formwork. After confirmation, proceed to the next process.
7 quality standards

When determining the baseline, we should consider the dimensions of all parties in the shaft, try to avoid planing, and ensure that the spacing between the moving parts and the wall meets the requirements;
7.2 Stability and Verification of Reference Lines
When there is no wind, the baseline should be stable, and the baseline can be stable only when it is naturally static. In order to ensure its accuracy, the baseline spacing and diagonal baseline size should be checked after stabilization, and then checked again with laser pay-off.

9 site safety production and civilized construction requirements
