On October 8, the downhole acidizing and fracturing team of Southwest Engineering Company successfully completed the acidizing and fracturing construction of Well Yuanba 10-Side 1. After acidification transformation, under the stable oil pressure of 37.8 MPa, The daily natural gas output was 633,000 cubic meters.

Well Yuanba 10-side 1 is located in the middle section of the No. 1 reef zone of the Changxing Formation in the Yuanba block in the northern slope of the Bazhong low-gentle structural belt in the northeastern Sichuan Basin. It is a development well (large) deployed by the Southwest Oil and Gas Branch. Inclined well), the maximum well inclination angle is 79.14°, and the well depth is 7273 meters. This well is part of the production plan of the Yuanba Gas Field. The test achieved good results when drilling was completed in June 2011. This acidification is to remove the mud, cuttings, etc. during the drilling test of the Changxing Formation production section. Pollution plugging, natural fracture communication, restoration and improvement of gas well production capacity will further increase production capacity to ensure smooth production by the end of the year.

The well has a long reformed section, with a cumulative perforation section length of 167 meters, making it difficult to distribute acid evenly. In order to achieve uniform stimulation in the long perforation section, the Southwest Downhole Acidizing Fracturing Team designed and adopted the temporary plugging and alternating injection process. At the same time, in view of the low geopressure coefficient of the Changxing Formation reservoir and the difficulty of flowback of residual acid, the accompanying liquid nitrogen injection process was used to assist drainage in the later stage of acidification. On October 8, the well completed acid fracturing construction successfully. 380 cubic meters of acid and 70 cubic meters of fracturing fluid were injected into the ground, and 14 cubic meters of liquid nitrogen were added.

After three years of construction, the Yuanba Gas Field will be put into production at the end of this year. At present, the production test of 15 wells has been completed, and the results are better than expected. Many wells have experienced high production, and this well has once again The production will further provide favorable guarantee for the production and operation of Yuanba Gas Field.
