During the Anshi Rebellion in the Tang Dynasty, Hui Cheng, a monk from Chang 'an, fled from the pear garden in the Tang Dynasty and came to Jianfeng Temple. Huicheng is good at playing the flute and has taught many apprentices in the local area. Up to now, the monks and Taoists in Xiangfan still maintain the tradition of being good at playing the flute, and the music they play has the charm of the Tang Dynasty.

Guangde temple, formerly known as Yunju Temple, is located at the west13km of Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, adjacent to Gulongzhong, and is a famous ten-square jungle in the history of Buddhism in Hubei Province. 1988, guangde temple Duobao Pagoda was announced by the people of China and the State Council as one of the third batch of national key cultural relics protection units. Guangde temple was founded in the Zhenguan period of the Tang Dynasty, named Yunju Temple.
