Regulations on the Traffic Management of Electric Bicycles in Longgang District

1. Time and road range of no driving

From January 2, 221 to December 31, 221, from : to 24: every day, It is forbidden to drive electric bicycles on the following roads:

(1) Highways and expressways

1. Highways:

S3 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway along the Yangtze River, G4 Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway, G15 Motorcake Expressway, S33 Nanguang Expressway, S31 Longda Expressway, G94 Meiguan Expressway, S29 Qingping Expressway, G4E Salt Pai Expressway, S28 Shuiguan Expressway and G4E Boshen Expressway.

2. Expressway:

Yanlong Avenue, Danping Expressway, Yanhe Road (including Yanhe North Road and Yanhe South Road), Longlan Avenue, Nanping Expressway, Buxin Road, Nigang East Road, Nigang West Road, Beihuan Avenue, Chunfeng Road Viaduct, Fulong Road, Xiangmihu Road, Binhai Avenue, Binhe Avenue, Airport South Road and Moon Bay.

(2) No-driving roads in Longgang District

1. Road sections (arranged from south to north):

Huiyan Road (Anliang Road-Hengyan Highway), Banli Avenue (Banlan Avenue-Ganli Road), Hongmian Road (Hexin Road-Aoer Road) and Shahe Road (Baoshayi Road-Gaowu Road).

2. Overpass sections of interchanges and overpass bridges (the specific scope is subject to the points of separation and confluence):

Dafen Interchange, Danzhutou Interchange, Wuhe Interchange, Egongling Interchange, Baohe Shenhui Interchange, Longgang Interchange, East-West Trunk Road-Bulan Road Overpass Section and Shahe Road-Baohe Road Overpass Section.

II. Traffic Rules

(1) Comply with the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety in Guangdong Province, the Regulations on Road Traffic Safety Management in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Regulations on Penalties for Road Traffic Safety Violations in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone;

(2) Electric bicycles without license plates are not allowed to drive on the road in Longgang District.

3. Except for expressways and expressways, electric bicycles used in the people's livelihood service industry that have been registered and hung with the blue filing logo are not prohibited from driving.
