The acquisition of knowledge has become the source of innovation for Dai Xusheng. In 1987, the balance cylinder of the chain-type pumping unit that had just been put into use often leaked oil and gas, and the gear pump often broke down. The employees had to climb to the 4-meter-high balanced oil storage bag to refuel, which was labor-intensive and dangerous. To this end, Dai Xusheng observed the well during the day, went home at night to check the information, and carefully studied the structural principles of the balance system and the oil storage bag... After more than half a year of repeated tests, he finally installed the "pneumatic refueling bag" on the well and made it. It saves time, effort and safety.

Highly productive workers "inventors"

Dai Xusheng saw it in his eyes and was anxious in his heart. In order to overcome the problem, in May 2003, he invested in intense research and development work. However, in the final sprint of research and development, news came that his old father was seriously ill. Since he couldn't get away, he had to continue working with guilt. Who would have thought that due to a sudden deterioration of his condition, his old father passed away. For this reason, Dai Xusheng still cannot let go.

Under his leadership, Dai Xusheng's apprentice, Zhang Jianguo, a senior technician of Dongxin Oil Production Team 11, has developed 31 innovative achievements, 5 of which have won national patents, creating a cumulative benefit of more than 10 million yuan.
