New concept: green space planning extends to the region

"Regional green space" is a new concept, which refers to a green open space with great natural and humanistic significance and regional influence, which is demarcated, strictly protected and restricted for a long time in a certain area in order to ensure regional ecological security, highlight local humanistic characteristics and improve urban and rural environmental landscape.
