Vulcanization label

Vulcanization label is designed for the application of tire vulcanization process. The curing temperature can reach 200℃, and it can be higher in a short time, but the end user must test it. Polyester is waterproof, weak acid, salt and alkali, most oil stains, oils and low-fat solvents. This material provides clear imaging technology. The label can also be used for printing uncoated labels. Adhesive is an insoluble viscous rubber emulsion, which is widely used. The emulsion is designed to provide good viscosity during tire vulcanization, and the label will be bonded to the tire after vulcanization. In order to make it easy to distinguish, emulsions are black, brown and grayish black. This material can also be used for large-scale automatic application with automatic labeling machine. The vulcanized label I mentioned is made of rubber, so it can't be printed. The patterns on it are all pressed out by the mold, and don't stick like adhesive.
