A, the installation of steel column

1. Install the first row of steel columns and the second row of steel columns according to the drawing requirements, and then install the coupling beam between the steel columns.

2. Two machines hoist and install the first steel roof truss and the second steel roof truss, and then install the purlin between the two roof trusses.

3. According to the drawing requirements, continue to install the steel columns, coupling beams, roof trusses and purlins of the next rigid frame until all the steel columns are installed.

Second, the column support installation

Inter-column support and steel column are connected by connecting plate bolts and welding, and the manufacturing and installation deviation of steel column may have a great influence on its installation. After the inter-column support is assembled in the factory, it is transported to the site for installation. During installation, it is divided into three units 1, 2 and 3 for hoisting respectively. All three units are plane truss structures, and the hoisting is integral. During installation, firstly install 3, then use chain block to pull it onto the steel column for temporary fixation, then install 1, the node connecting 3 and 1, dismantle the chain block, and finally install 2. Three single trusses hoisted integrally will be hoisted by 25T truck crane at 4 o'clock.

Third, the installation of roof truss beam

1, the longest steel frame is 56 meters long. In order to prevent the deformation of the long steel frame in the process of hoisting, the long components are hoisted by double-machine hoisting and four-point hoisting. During four-point hoisting, the four points shall be stressed synchronously, and the spacing between hoisting points shall be ensured to be about 6m, so that the steel frame shall be stressed evenly during hoisting, and the design dimension shall be maintained during hoisting, which meets the specification requirements.

2. When hoisting the roof truss steel beam, connect a chain block in series on the wire rope to adjust the posture of the steel beam in the air. After the roof steel beams are hoisted in place, the relevant roof steel purlins should be connected first, and then the hooks should be released to form a stable structure of the space frame. If the roof steel purlin cannot be installed before the hook is released, the cable wind rope should be tightened to prevent the roof truss steel beam from twisting. Before hoisting, the cable wind rope is fixed on the steel beam of the roof truss, and there are four * * * cables, which are set according to 1/3 of the length of the steel beam and are set at the foot of the steel column near the bottom. The wind rope of the cable shall be Ф13.5 mm, and tightened with 1T chain block. After the connecting beam between the main steel beams on the roof is installed, the cable wind rope can be removed.

Four, roof and wall installation

1. Hoist the firmly bound purlin to the installation site with the field crane, and install it according to the drawing requirements. Pay attention to determine whether the height difference of each purlin anchor point needs to be adjusted. If adjustment is needed, use the steel plate with the required adjustment amount to make adjustment.

2. According to the distance and axis of the purlin, determine the intersection line between the purlin and the steel structure beam (the positioning line of the pay-off pop-up), which is the installation line of the purlin tray, and weld the purlin to the steel structure beam and bracket.

3. After welding, the weld seam and its surroundings should be treated with anti-corrosion, and the anti-corrosion material should be paint that meets the design requirements, requiring two coats. Remove the coating and dirt on the weld surface before anticorrosion.

4. After purlin installation is completed, start to install the gutter. Before the sink is docked, polish the cutting mouth clean. When docking, pay attention to the joint clearance not exceeding 1 mm. Spot weld every10cm before welding. In order to speed up the installation of the gutter, two or three sections of gutter can be spliced into a whole on the ground, and then hoisted to the installation position or nearby position by 16 ton crane, which can not only improve the docking quality of gutter, but also greatly improve the working efficiency.

5. After the purlin and gutter are installed, the profiled steel plate can be installed. First, determine the installation starting point, according to the design drawings and site conditions. After determining the installation direction, pop up the baseline, and then install it block by block from one end to the other.

1, set out to locate the initial baseline of the first roof panel, and determine the installation control line of the roof plug and both sides of the roof plug along the installation direction.

2. Install the roof plug plate, the contact part between the plug plate and the pressure plate is coated with waterproof glue, and then install it. Seal the plug with waterproof glue to prevent leakage, and install the subsequent plugs in turn.

3. Install the first roof panel according to the initial baseline and control line of adjustment and positioning, measure and draw the positioning plate for bending the water deflector on the roof panel, cut the mouth with scissors, fix the roof panel on the pressure plate with designated rivets, seal the fixing piece with waterproof glue, and bend the water deflector according to the drawn bending positioning line.

What should be paid attention to in the installation of steel structure workshop

1, the steel column is heavy and long, so it cannot be manufactured and transported at one time. Steel columns are fabricated in sections, assembled on site as a whole, and then hoisted. It is suggested that the steel column be divided into two sections. The steel column is transported to the site in two stages: the lower lattice part and the upper H-shaped steel column.

2. The hoisting adopts single-machine rotary hoisting. Before lifting, put wood square on the steel column baseboard to avoid damaging the steel column baseboard during lifting. When lifting the steel column, the crane should hook and rotate the arm to make the steel column leave the ground vertically and put the steel column into the cup mouth.
