What is double integrity and double commitment?

Double integrity and double commitment means that based on the village regulations and the people's agreement, the village committee and the masses sign a letter of commitment to integrity and family planning, clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, and mutual trust and mutual supervision.

If the village level fails to fulfill its commitments, the county party committee and county government must investigate and verify, urge the village level to fulfill its commitments, and those who fail to fulfill their commitments will deal with relevant personnel in accordance with relevant policies. If the public fails to make a commitment (i.e. fails to sign the "Double Commitment Letter on Integrity and Family Planning") or violates the commitment, their families will be suspended from enjoying various benefits policies and no certificates will be issued.
