What should be paid attention to in the safety management of indoor elevator installation in construction site

Preparation before elevator installation:

1. After the construction elevator enters the site, the manufacturer will show the product certificate and provide the instruction manual. Check the preparation work item by item according to the technical requirements in the acceptance sheet of construction elevator installation safety technology.

2. Installation operators should hold relevant certificates, accept technical and safety disclosure, and formulate safety operation procedures for construction elevators.

3. Working environment: 1) The general power supply position must meet the power supply requirements; 2) There shall be no electricity, gas welding and other obstacles that hinder the operation of the cage within 5 meters of the foundation part of the elevator installation site; 3) The platforms and passages entering the building from the hanging cage should reach the bearing capacity of more than 2 tons, and there should be solid protective fences and doors; 4) It is forbidden to pull or hang scaffolding, construction pipes, ropes, cables, slogans, flags and other items unrelated to the elevator by using the guide rail frame, attached parts and floor platform channels; 5) There should be sufficient lighting for night operation, and the call platform should be equipped with a sign lamp; 6) The protective doors leading to the floors shall be closed in cages, and each floor shall be clearly marked with the floor number.

1. Elevator drivers must be trained in special safety technology, pass the examination and hold relevant certificates. Strictly work after drinking.

2. The driver must be familiar with the performance, structure, maintenance and repair knowledge of the elevator he is operating, and fill in the mechanical resume and the specified reports in time according to the regulations.

3. Flammable, inflammable articles and other sundries shall not be piled up within 5m around the construction elevator, and ditches, pits and grooves shall not be dug within this range. A protective shed should be set up at the ground feed inlet of the elevator.

4. When maintaining the ladder cage, if the weight of the ladder cage is lower than the counterweight after removing the parts, the ladder cage must be locked on the guide rail frame.

5. It is forbidden to use the derrick of the construction elevator to support the cable slogan and other items unrelated to the elevator.

6. The tower crane or other hoisting machinery constructed on the same site should be more than 5m away from the construction elevator, and reliable anti-collision measures should be taken.

7. After the construction elevator is installed, it must be checked and accepted by relevant personnel before it can be put into use.
