In which war did Tougou Heihachirou say "bow down to Yangming after winning" to the Lord?

1905, Japanese navy general Tougou Heihachirou returned to the mainland. As a rare genius general in Japanese military history, he led the poorly equipped Japanese fleet to annihilate the Russian Pacific Fleet and the Baltic Fleet in one fell swoop in the Russo-Japanese War and became a household name in Japan. Because of his outstanding performance in the war, the Japanese emperor appointed him as the military commander of the navy, recalled him to Japan, and held a celebration banquet in his honor.

Wang Yangming, a philosopher in the Ming Dynasty, was born in Yuyao, Zhejiang. His former residence is located at the northern foot of Longquan Mountain in Yuyao City, north of Yangming West Road and west of Vu Thang Gate. Wang Yangming, a former minister of the Ministry of War and other important positions, made a southern tour in his later years, passing through the ancient dock of Chijiang River in Qinglong, Dayu, and died on board. Later generations built a pavilion here to commemorate him. There is a marble stone tablet in the pavilion, and the west side of the stone tablet is engraved with "the place where Mr. Wang Yangming fell from the building" and "the calligraphy of Takehiko Okada, honorary professor of Kyushu University in Japan". The museum is 0/3 kilometers away from the county seat/kloc-,and a large number of scholars from Japan and Southeast Asian countries come to pay their respects every year.
