So far, Fujian Bank School has initially laid the task of dual management system (head office and branches) and two bases (training secondary school talents and cadres).

Through the development of running a school and establishing a school, the teaching conditions have been gradually improved, the teaching staff has been continuously enriched, the specialty setting has been increasingly complete, the enrollment scale has been correspondingly expanded, and the school work has gradually been on the right track. In the early 1980s, the school opened four majors: urban finance, rural finance, insurance and international finance. Later, financial management and rural credit cooperatives were added to recruit high school graduates for two years. After graduation, students will be arranged according to the contract: financial management major will go to China People's Bank, urban finance major will go to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, rural finance major will go to Agricultural Bank, international finance major will go to China Bank, insurance major will go to China People's Insurance Company, and rural credit cooperation major will go to rural credit cooperatives.

According to the spirit of 198 10 held in Wuxi, Jiangsu province in June, the school put forward a curriculum setting model with wide caliber, high starting point and innovation. Focusing on the teaching center, we will carry out teaching reform, school construction and further development of all work.

In August 2000, in view of the overall development needs of the college, especially the rapid development of newly-built higher vocational colleges, we negotiated with Fuzhou Education Bureau and Fuzhou School for the Blind, rented idle school buildings for the blind, and moved the technical secondary school to Fuzhou School for the Blind. Since then, in the management system, a separate technical secondary school department has been set up, and the daily management of students has been changed from the original departments to the centralized management of the technical secondary school department. The teaching of the technical secondary school department is coordinated by the academic affairs office according to the teaching plan of the whole hospital.

1999 when our college developed smoothly and achieved remarkable results, the management system of our college changed greatly. According to the Decision on Further Adjusting the Management System and Layout Structure of Schools Affiliated to Departments (Units) in the State Council issued by the State Council on February 22nd, except for some ministries, the State Council departments and units no longer directly manage schools, which belong to ordinary universities and adults. The People's Bank of China was originally a 16 institution of higher learning with more than 30 technical secondary schools. Except for Henan Financial Management Cadre College, which is retained as the training center of the Head Office, all others are placed under local management.

It is emphasized that we should have certain mental preparation and endurance, and further establish a sense of hardship and competition. After half a year, the faculty of the whole hospital showed good political quality and calm psychological endurance in the face of the great transformation of the college reform.

Because the handover procedures were not handled by both parties, the school was actually in a state of no competent department management. Under the leadership of the Party Committee, the school seized the space for independent development given by the restructuring and accelerated the pace of reform.
