Hegang Chenggang's 2,500 cubic meter blast furnace reached capacity in 3 days. At 02:02 on April 13, Hegang Chenggang's No. 3 2,500 cubic meter blast furnace was successfully opened in one go. In just three days, the output was steadily increased to 6,053 tons, setting a historical record for the shortest blast furnace start-up for vanadium-titanium magnetite smelting, and reaching the advanced level of similar blast furnaces in China. At present, the blast furnace production is stable and smooth, and the economic and technical indicators of the blast furnace have reached the expected level.

The blast furnace is made of steel plates as the furnace shell, and the shell is lined with refractory bricks. The blast furnace body is divided into five parts from top to bottom: furnace throat, furnace body, furnace waist, furnace belly, and furnace hearth.
