The former site of Lenin's room on the south bank of Youxian County was built by the local rich man Chen Yu 1930, with the northeast facing southwest, with a total construction area of 2 14.74 square meters. The former site was the residence of the 3rd Regiment of the Hunan-Jiangxi Independent Division of the Red Army of Workers and Peasants from June 65438 to June 934. In order to organize cadres and soldiers to study Marxism-Leninism and publicize the revolutionary truth to the masses, a long room on the left side of the command post was specially turned into Lenin room. On the indoor wall are written "Internationale", "Young Pioneers Team Song" and a large number of revolutionary propaganda slogans. It is said that most of the slogans on the wall were written by General Shunk. After the Red Army retreated, Chen Baoyuan, the third son of the landlord (the landlord during the land reform), deliberately kept it and refused to wash it. During the land reform, Lenin's house was distributed to the poor peasants.
