Linyi Municipal People's Government, relevant departments of the province:

"Linyi yi river New District Development Plan" has been approved by the provincial government and is hereby issued to you, please implement it carefully. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Linyi yi river New District has a planned area of 496 square kilometers. Four boundaries: Shuhe and Xianggong Street, Fenghuangling Street and Taiping Street to the east, Fenyi River to the south, Yihe River and Baishabu Town to the west, and National Highway 205 to the north. The spatial scope includes Sesame Dun Street, Chaoyang Street, Meibu Street, Jiuqu Street, Taiping Street, Fenghuangling Street, Xianggong Street and Baishabu Town, lanshan district.

Second, the construction of Linyi yi river New District should follow the decision-making arrangements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, scientifically grasp the new development stage, firmly practice the new development concept, integrate services into the new development pattern, accelerate the shaping of new advantages in industrial development, accelerate the formation of a new situation of all-round opening, accelerate the improvement of the new mechanism of coordinated development, accelerate the construction of a green and beautiful new home, and build a comprehensive experimental area that connects the strategic bridgehead of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta, the demonstration and leading area in southern Shandong and the deep integration of production cities.
