The garden of Binjiang Huahai Scenic Area in Nanjing Houchong Scenic Area was temporarily closed for renovation.

Houchong Scenic Spot is a relatively small scenic spot in Nanjing, and it is also the beautiful countryside built in Pukou District of Nanjing. The air is fresh and suitable for a family to play. Recently, due to the upgrading of Huahai Scenic Area on both sides of Houchong Scenic Area, the park needs to be temporarily closed. See below for details.

In order to give tourists a better experience, the Huahai Scenic Area on the riverside of Houchong Scenic Area will be closed and upgraded on1October 22nd at 202 1 and 165438+, and the opening hours will be constantly updated. Other scenic spots in Houchong Scenic Area (hometown of educated youth, Xu _ Old Street) are open normally.

Huahai River is located in the Fuxing polder area of Houchong Community, Yongning Street, Pukou District, at the foot of the towering old mountain and the winding Chuhe River, with beautiful scenery and profound historical and cultural heritage. Locals often describe it as "the hometown of hand lions and educated youth". There are all kinds of flowers in the riverside scenic area. According to different seasons, flowers are always fresh and can be enjoyed all year round.

Huahai River is 1.5km long, with 4 original boats and more than 0 antique wooden boats 10. Visitors can also enjoy the beautiful scenery on the boat and feel the breeze with the fragrance of flowers and soil.

Introduction of Houchong Scenic Area

Houchong Scenic Area is located in the north of the Yangtze River, about 4 kilometers northwest of Laoshan National Forest Park. You can visit various museums in antique streets, reminisce about educated youth and feel the rural customs.

The buildings in the old street are all antique new buildings, and there are many museums in the old street, including Qi Diao Woodcarving Museum, Ancient Bed Museum, Abacus Museum, Comic Exhibition Hall and Magic Museum.

The Memorial Hall of Educated Youth is a quadrangle-style memorial hall. The house is arranged according to the residence of educated youth when they go to the countryside. There are slogans on the wall and granary models in the yard. In the museum, you can also see red armbands, oil lamps, old thermos bottles, enamel cups and other objects of that era.

You can eat farmhouse meals in the country canteen. With children, you can take part in activities with rural customs such as fishing and digging vegetables, or go to amusement parks.
