(six) to guide and coordinate the city's production safety inspection work; Organize and implement the qualification management of social intermediary institutions such as testing, safety evaluation, safety certification, safety training and safety consultation on the safety production conditions and related equipment (except special equipment) of industrial, mining and commercial enterprises and conduct supervision and inspection.

(VII) Organizing and guiding the publicity and education of safety production in the whole city, being responsible for the safety training planning, planning and assessment of safety production supervision and management personnel, organizing, guiding and supervising the assessment of special operators (except special equipment operators) and the safety qualification assessment of main management personnel and safety management personnel of production and business units according to law; Supervise and inspect the training of production and business units.

(eight) responsible for the supervision and management of production safety of municipal industrial, mining and trading enterprises according to law.

(nine) to supervise and inspect the safety facilities of new construction, renovation and expansion projects designed, constructed and put into operation at the same time as the main project (hereinafter referred to as "three simultaneities"); Supervise and inspect the occupational health, labor protection, hazard monitoring and rectification of hidden dangers of safety accidents in the workplaces of production and business units according to law, and investigate and deal with production and business units that do not have safe production conditions according to law.
