Article 18: Accident Report. If it is difficult to find out the cause and responsibility at the moment, you should also report the brief situation of the accident to the company, and then make a supplementary report after finding out the cause and responsibility.

Article 19: Accident investigation. After the accident, the company's safety management personnel cooperated with the accident investigation team of the superior department to investigate. Find out the cause, process, casualties and economic losses of the accident and determine the responsibility; Put forward opinions on accident treatment and suggestions on preventive measures; Write accident investigation report.

Article 20: Handling of accidents. When all kinds of accidents occur, each unit should put forward opinions on handling the relevant personnel when reporting the investigation report, and attach the inspection book, photos and accident scene map of the competent leader of the unit. In case of traffic accidents or casualties due to engineering construction, in addition to the above provisions, the accident award of the local public security traffic police department and the certification materials of relevant departments shall be attached. If an accident is caused by neglecting safety, illegal operation or dereliction of duty, the person in charge of the accident unit and the person directly responsible shall be given economic punishment and administrative punishment in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, superiors and group companies, and if the case constitutes a crime, it shall be handed over to judicial organs for criminal responsibility. Casualty accident claims are generally completed within 15 days. Special circumstances should be closed according to the time specified by the superior.

Chapter IX Reward and Punishment

Article 24: In the event of an accident at the headquarters, economic penalties shall be imposed according to the following standards.

5. Economic penalties for major economic loss accidents. In case of mechanical equipment and fire accidents, the responsibility team shall compensate the economic losses, and the construction team shall be fined 10000-20000 yuan at one time, the safety supervisor shall be fined 500- 1000 yuan, and other safety management personnel shall be 500 yuan per capita.

6. The punishment for those responsible for all kinds of accidents shall be twice that of those responsible for safety.
