Characteristics of Horace Lagerhorn's Role

Horace Lagerhorn is a character in harry potter and the half-blood prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. He is the potions teacher of Harry Potter in the sixth grade at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is a fat and bald old man with bulging eyes and a silvery white beard as thick as a walrus. I like to associate with celebrities, successful people and important people, and I enjoy the feeling of influencing these people. I am very vain. He always noticed those students with special talents, so he founded a club called "Slug Club", which provided a platform for people he admired to communicate. He especially likes material comforts (Dumbledore's initial evaluation of Half-Blood Prince in Chapter 4), and he likes oak-aged mead, pineapple preserves and velvet smoking shirts best (Chapter 22 mentions the original version of Half-Blood Prince).

About the same age as albus dumbledore. Before that, I taught at Hogwarts, taught Harry's mother Lily Evans, and enjoyed Lily's potions class. Once the dean of Slytherin, he knew the secret of the horcrux and told his favorite student tom riddle (later Voldemort), which caused an irreparable mistake. Later, he regretted it very much, but he always tried to cover up his mistakes. In the seventh book, he became the dean of Slytherin College. In the battle to defend Hogwarts, Lagerhorn sided with the anti-Voldemort camp and attacked Voldemort with Professor McGonagall and Kingsley.
