The announcement is as follows:

1. Testing time

It will start at 6:00 on November 15 (Tuesday). The specific time shall be subject to the notice of the relevant streets, towns, communities (villages).

2. Testing scope

Dasi Town and the entire Economic Development Group (including foreigners and floating personnel); other key areas in streets and towns; key groups in the entire district. Persons who have received the new coronavirus vaccine within 48 hours will not participate in this nucleic acid test and will report to the community (village) where they live, and subsequent arrangements will be made. Residents who are unable to take the test at their place of residence on that day should report to their community (village) in advance through the "Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP", reporting QR code, etc.

On November 15, except for the above-mentioned areas, other streets and towns will implement normalized nucleic acid testing. Residents in need are asked to follow relevant requirements and take into account their living and work conditions, arrange their time reasonably, and take the initiative to go to the nearest sampling point in a timely manner. Participate in routine nucleic acid testing.

3. Precautions

1. All people living in the above-mentioned areas of our district must remain stationary at their current place of residence before sampling, and follow the organizational arrangements of the community (village) , go to the designated location for nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner, and be sure to "check everything that needs to be tested, no one is left behind, and no one is missed." Residents in the management area and quarantine control personnel must strictly obey the local street and town management. Residents who need to travel can arrange necessary travel by holding the nucleic acid screening sampling certificate and the 72-hour nucleic acid negative certificate (both can be checked on the Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP).

2. If fever occurs, please do not go directly to the sampling point to collect samples. You should proactively report to the community in advance, obey the unified arrangements of the community, and go to the fever clinic in the jurisdiction to seek medical sampling. If you have symptoms such as dry throat, cough, loss of smell (taste), etc., you must proactively report to the community, take individual samples according to unified arrangements, and undergo influenza investigation. You must stay at home until the nucleic acid test results are available and are not allowed to go out.

3. Please use the Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP to generate a personal information registration QR code in advance. For the elderly and children who do not have smartphones, the accompanying person can help generate it after binding their family members through the Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention APP. Or bring your ID card, foreign identity certificate and other valid documents to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner for sampling.

4. During the sampling period, residents are asked to take personal protection, wear masks throughout the process (it is recommended to wear N95 masks), consciously obey the instructions of on-site staff, and keep a distance of more than one meter. During the sampling process, do not touch the sampling table or any items on the sampling table, avoid gathering and talking, and prevent cross-infection. Please pay attention to weather changes and take care of special groups such as the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with reduced mobility.

5. All industries, units and individuals must strengthen the implementation of "four party responsibilities". Residents are requested to abide by the "Basic Code of Conduct for Citizens on Epidemic Prevention", cooperate with nucleic acid testing as required, do not panic, do not spread rumors, do not believe rumors, do not spread rumors, and ensure that "everything that needs to be tested is tested."
