Lai 'an County is located in the east of Anhui Province, bordering Tianchang City of Anhui Province, Langya District of Chuzhou City, Nanqiao District, mingguang city City of Huai 'an City of Jiangsu Province, Xuyi County, Liuhe District of Nanjing City and Pukou District. The county seat (Xin 'an Town) is 60km away from downtown Nanjing, 8km away from beijing-shanghai railway Chuzhou Station18km, 80km away from Nanjing Lukou International Airport and 5km away from the entrance and exit of Shanghai-Nanjing-Luoyang Expressway. 104 national highway runs through the whole territory from east to west.
