English environmental protection proposal

We are using our natural resources without restriction, and polluting our environment with chemicals and garbage day after day. If we continue to do as before, we will be destroyed like dinosaurs sooner or later. So I have some suggestions:

Finally, we must suggest that the government formulate some effective measures to prevent this situation. The government should make some strict laws to punish those who pollute the environment. Laws should be enforced if necessary.
