Characteristics of junior high school Chinese reading objectives

The Chinese Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education defines the reading goal, which absorbs the modern reading concept. The new curriculum standard states: "Reading is an important way to use language to obtain information, know the world, develop ideas and gain aesthetic experience. Reading teaching is a process of dialogue among students, teachers, textbook editors and texts. " It embodies the idea of "people-oriented" and emphasizes the important role of "dialogue" in reading teaching.

Therefore, this concept permeates when the Chinese Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education clearly stipulates the overall goal and specific goal of reading teaching. The overall goal is:
