3. When the vehicle is driving up the hill, a second retaining door should be set up at 5m above the starting point of the parking lot below, which will move forward with the driving of the vehicle. When the length of the mountain exceeds 100m, the earth retaining door can be appropriately added.

4. When going downhill, set a second door that moves forward with the head up, the first distance is 10m, and the second distance is15m. At the same time, according to the requirements of the first paragraph, install a car stopper and a safety door at the point of uphill slope change.

5. All the above retaining doors are solid and reliable. Door posts can be made of miners' steel or wooden posts. When using wooden posts, the diameter should be not less than 2400mm, and the doorposts should be made into column nests with a depth of not less than 200mm, and they must be hit on the ground. The driver of small winch should do "five not to open", that is, the safety facilities are incomplete and unreliable; The signal cannot be connected; Heavy trucks are not standard and do not hang; Overtaking number does not hang; There are pedestrians in the inclined lane.

Twenty-eighth when lifting a small winch, it is forbidden to push the hook, and the regulation of "no pedestrians at red light" is strictly implemented. When people go up and down, they must get the approval of the hook worker before the observer can stop and go up and down again. When driving down the hill, the head-on operator must enter the shelter.

Article 29: When the small winch is running, non-operating personnel are not allowed to work or rest near the winch, and the wire rope must be coiled when off duty.

The material must be firmly connected with the car body. It is forbidden to use tramcars to transport tracks and miners' steel in inclined lanes.

(5) Inspection and maintenance of small winch:

Article 32 Before each shift is lifted, the driver of the small winch should check the fixing condition, signal, wire rope, connecting device and safety facilities of the small winch, and fill in the inspection results in the operation log of the small winch and the inspection record of wire rope.

Article 33: If the wire rope and safety rope of the small winch are broken or broken, and the wear exceeds the value specified in the regulations, it must be stopped. When the wire rope is violently impacted, it must be stopped immediately for inspection.

Article 34: Small winches used underground for one year must be overhauled.
