BIM helps: from the early days to the present, the means of housing sales are nothing more than distributing leaflets and visiting model houses. With the development of science and technology, the industry has begun to use BIM model to convert to VR and AR as a form of advertising sales, which not only reduces the cost of printing advertising leaflets and architectural samples, but also greatly attracts consumers' attention. Attribute operation

BIM helps: the establishment of property operation is nothing more than the establishment of management committee, the establishment of living standards and the employment of security personnel. However, the repair part is often not the mentality of the construction factory signing a contract to be responsible for the warranty for one year or waiting for the personnel to settle in. Through pre-planning, property management companies can simply discuss the known parts first, and even put forward operational requirements, so as to provide BIM project personnel with the development of maintenance information and the compilation of education and training manuals. In order to improve the past situation, when the property is completed and delivered, it is necessary not only to be familiar with the environment, but also to spend extra time preparing administrative operations such as maintenance plans and procedures.
