During the period of centralized isolation, the medical staff at the isolation point took nucleic acid samples on 1, 4, 7 and 14 respectively. During the 7-day home isolation period, the township hospitals conducted nucleic acid sampling on the second day and the seventh day respectively; Returnees from low-risk areas outside the province were quarantined at home for 7 days, and the nucleic acid was detected three times in 1, 4 and 7 days. The above two types of "yellow code" personnel are not allowed to enter or leave various public places before the "yellow code" is lifted.

3. Continue to pay attention to the change of "double code". Residents are requested to continue to pay attention to the changes in their health codes and those of their families. If there is a "red and yellow code", they should report it to their unit and village in real time. When an individual has specific symptoms in line with the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the unit and the village where he works should arrange testing in time and take effective measures to avoid the spread of the epidemic situation in the first place. The individuals concerned shall cooperate and accept necessary measures such as isolation treatment and medical observation as required.

4. Strict "double code" inspection. The county continues to insist on strict inspection of all personnel entering and leaving various public places for changes in health regulations.

5. Strictly implement accountability. Do not take the initiative to report the health code "red and yellow code" and fail to fulfill the legal obligations related to epidemic prevention and control, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law. Those who commit relevant illegal acts during the epidemic prevention and control period shall be given public security punishment according to law; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated strictly and severely according to law.
