Five, 5S evaluation method
1.Principles of "5s" evaluation:

2. Formulation of "5S" assessment content:
When a department completes 3S activities, the head of the department will formulate the assessment content of the department according to the actual completion of the department, and the 5S Committee will review it. For details, please refer to the 5S self-check list of XXX department. The contents of the checklist can be continuously improved and standardized with the development of 5S activities.
3. Periodic frequency of "5S" assessment:
A. Daily inspection: Each department conducts self-inspection every day, and timely improves the nonconformities found;
B weekly inspection: 5S promotion Committee shall organize inspection at least once a week for 6 months;
C. Monthly inspection: If the 5S activities are well completed in the first six months, the 5S Promotion Committee will organize an inspection at least every two months from the seventh month.
4. "5S" evaluation method:
A. Daily inspection: the department arranges personnel to be on duty every day to inspect the responsible department (or region) or cross-check the department. Inspectors must truthfully register the real-time situation of the 5S self-inspection table of XXX department. This form does not score, but it should be used as a comparison between the requirements and improvements of the department's 5S activities and the evaluation of the 5S Committee.
B. Weekly inspection/monthly inspection: The 5S Committee shall inspect and score each department (or region) regularly or irregularly according to the "Assessment Cycle Frequency" plan and the 5S checklist of the XXX department. If unqualified items are found, they should be recorded or photographed, and reported to the Committee director after inspection to consider whether to stick a red card. After the assessment, the 5S Committee will make statistics and publicize the scores of all departments.
5.5 points. "5S" assessment
After each evaluation, the 5S Committee will score the 5S checklist of XX Department. First, count the scores of each field of the department, and then add up the scores of the whole department.
6. "5S" assessment reward and punishment system
A. The assessment and scoring results shall be timely registered in the monthly assessment and scoring results of 5S activities and the annual appraisal list of 5S activities, and published in time.
