I don't know if you remember. Three years ago, CCTV reported that chewing gum residue was everywhere in Tiananmen Square after the National Day. There are 600,000 pieces of chewing gum residue in 400,000 square meters of Tiananmen Square. In some places, there are 9 gum stains on the ground less than one square meter. The dense scenic spots are in sharp contrast with the sacredness and solemnity of Tiananmen Square.

The above two examples show that civilization is actually composed of details, and there is still a long way to go before we reflect on what we have done. There are still some uncivilized behaviors around us and among some students. For example, in our campus and on the stairs, we can always see scraps of paper that are extremely discordant with our beautiful campus, especially in the classrooms on Saturday and Sunday, where food bags and instant noodle boxes can be seen everywhere. Some students even think that there are classmates and cleaning staff on duty anyway, so there is nothing wrong with throwing them away; Another example is that some students chase and fight in the classroom corridor, and they are used to walking and shoving; There are also some students who abuse and swear at each other, climb branches at will, and even some students deliberately damage the public property of the school. Many of our classmates put the study of cultural knowledge in the first place, but often ignore the cultivation of social morality and civilized habits, which essentially shows a person's ideological quality. In fact, good behavior habits are the premise to ensure our smooth study and the foundation to build a healthy personality. Students who don't have good behavior habits at school may be undisciplined and don't pay attention to hygiene, which will disturb the learning environment of the class. On the contrary, if we develop civilized behavior habits, the learning environment must be good and orderly. Now, we are in the most critical growth period in our lives. What we do in this period will affect our own quality, and civilized behavior will help us improve our own quality. Therefore, we should first be an upright person, a civilized and polite gentleman, and then we can become a talent.
