Summary of the Youth League Secretary’s Work

November has passed like this, and it feels like time is really fast. Now I feel that I am more proficient in the work of the Youth League Secretary, and the class affairs are also on track. In this regard, I summarize the work of the Youth League branch secretary in November as follows:

Party building: All members of our Youth League branch actively move closer to the party organization. Three students who participated in the party school study seriously every time Treat the learning opportunities they get, take notes during class, and complete the assigned assignments with quality and quantity, forming a good party style.

In terms of learning: After the midterm exam in November, everyone realized their shortcomings. After the midterm exam, everyone significantly strengthened their review of homework and fully prepared for the 12th exam.

In terms of activities: In terms of activities, the activities this semester are really good in terms of organization and development. During the group day activities, my class held a badminton competition. This competition was really beyond our expectations. Everyone actively participated and the competition was very lively. After the end, everyone asked the class to organize more activities like this.

Class style construction: Our class adheres to the class style of "unity, diligence, innovation, and enterprising spirit" and constantly builds and improves activities and various systems. The activities are mainly responsible for the squad leader, with strict requirements and good execution. The squad leader even put forward the slogan "Build the class into our warm home". In terms of class committees, our class clearly clarifies the responsibilities of each class committee and does their job well. When other class committees need help, they help each other and cooperate with the work of other class committees. Another important person is to have a close relationship with the class teacher and classmates, and to work together to do a good job in the students' ideological work.

In order to do a good job in students' ideological work, I often actively communicate with the class teacher to understand the class performance of my classmates, paying special attention to understanding their progress. Do a good job in communication between the class teacher and classmates.

In this month, although most places are very good and have achieved certain results, there are still some shortcomings.

1. Everyone is resistant to some activities. Some activities are very long, and students need to be persuaded for a long time before they are willing to participate in the activities. I think this problem is mainly caused by two aspects: on the one hand, our class committee’s educational work is not done well enough. On the other hand, students find the activities boring and do not want to participate. Regarding this issue, I think that in some of my future activities, I will try to make the activities more active and diverse, so that more students can voluntarily join the activities.

2. In their sophomore year, some students began to become unorganized and skip classes again. Regarding this situation, I would like to have a good talk with these students and hope that they will not waste their valuable time in college.

To sum up, in October, my class had both gratifying results and obvious shortcomings. But both achievements and shortcomings have become a thing of the past. We cannot be complacent about yesterday's achievements and not want to make progress, nor can we just regret and hesitate to move forward because of yesterday's mistakes. We must gain motivation from our achievements and draw experience and lessons from our failures. I believe we will feel fulfilled and have no regrets because we have been working hard.
