Use radio and television platforms to set up safety production promotion columns, cooperate with the Banner Work Safety Supervision Bureau to widely publicize safety production knowledge and safety production laws and regulations, and create a safety production publicity atmosphere.

3. Clarify tasks and implement responsibilities.

Based on the actual safety production work, our station regards the broadcasting machine room and editing machine room as the top priority in the investigation of hidden dangers. We organized the inspection force and set up an inspection team. We made detailed and careful arrangements for the work of each team, and assigned safety responsibilities to each group and each person. The inspection team made plans based on the emergency plan for production safety. We carried out a major safety production inspection and conducted a production safety emergency plan drill with the participation of all cadres and employees in Taiwan. After inspection, the fire-fighting equipment and fire-fighting facilities in the broadcasting machine room are in good condition and can be used normally to prevent fire accidents. The editing machine room is also equipped with high-quality fire safety equipment and monitoring equipment. After a comprehensive inspection, the fire-fighting equipment, emergency lighting and evacuation sign facilities were fully equipped and intact, and the safety exits and fire-fighting and evacuation passages were smooth. 4. Strengthen supervision and eliminate hidden dangers.

In the work of identifying hidden dangers, our station’s inspection team will be led by the General Office and conduct regular and irregular inspections of key safety parts of the unit, such as the TV broadcast room, transmitter, TV production room, and broadcast control room. Comprehensively investigate the safety hazards existing in the broadcasting machine room and editing machine room in the system, with special emphasis on fire hazards, so as to ensure a comprehensive inspection without missing a beat. Strictly implement the machine room safety responsibility system, fire safety management system, emergency evacuation and fire extinguishing plan system, adhere to the principle of prevention first and comprehensive management, constantly improve various safety production responsibility systems, and strictly enforce various work disciplines.

Our station’s safety production work is in accordance with the unified requirements of the banner committee and government’s safety production work goals, and has achieved leadership attention, sound systems, and measures in place. No safety production liability accidents occurred in the industries under its jurisdiction throughout the year, and it was successfully completed. 3. Implement regulatory responsibilities and carry out special safety inspections in a timely manner

(4) TV stations, Internet companies, and film companies should do a good job in production safety and fire safety for important cultural and radio and television activities, ensure that the safety responsibility system is implemented, fire protection facilities and equipment are intact and effective, evacuation channels are unobstructed, and emergency plans are in place. 5. Existing problems and next steps

(1) The safety awareness of individual staff in units needs to be strengthened, and the disaster reporting mechanism of individual township cultural and radio stations still needs to be improved.
