How to protect the copyright of the Beijing Winter Olympics emblem?

The National Copyright Administration issued the "Notice on Carrying out Special Copyright Protection Work for the Emblem of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Winter Paralympics" on December 16. The notice clearly states that the National Copyright Administration has decided to carry out special copyright protection work for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics emblem and Winter Paralympics emblem nationwide starting from December 16, 2017. The National Copyright Administration requires that copyright administrative law enforcement departments at all levels strengthen the daily supervision of emblem-related copyrights, increase investment in law enforcement resources, make full use of technical means such as copyright monitoring platforms, carry out all-round inspections of emblem-related copyrights, and promptly discover clues to infringement , fix the evidence as soon as possible, and organize capable forces to investigate and deal with it quickly and strictly in accordance with the law.
