Safety precautions for concrete mixing are as follows:

1, hopper hoist, it is forbidden to work or walk under the hopper. When cleaning the hopper pit, the hopper double safety hook should be hung up before cleaning;

2, are not allowed to use tools in the operation into the mixing drum steak;

3. Clean the inside and outside of the mixer after work, lift the hopper, hang the double safety hook, turn off the power supply and lock the switch box;

4. Maintenance is strictly prohibited during operation. When repairing and maintaining the mixer, it is necessary to turn off the switch, lock the switch box, put up the sign of "No closing when someone is working", and have a special person to monitor it.
