The correct way to warm up the car should be to drive at low speed after the vehicle starts and the high idle speed drops. The speed per hour 10 km or so, and the engine speed is kept within 2000 rpm. Do not drive at high speed until the water temperature rises to the normal working temperature before returning to normal driving. Because the effect of low-speed hot car is better than that of in-situ idle hot car, the time of water temperature rising will be much faster than that of in-situ idle hot car.
