Analysis of management measures to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources

Simply put, it is three-system, four-system and four-system management measures.

Three levels, namely, water-saving measures for comprehensive management from the source, roads and their key nodes, and fields;

Water saving at the source, that is, four stages and four kinds of management of leakage in the first hub project area of water resources development project;

The secondary water saving along the water resources transmission and distribution route and its key nodes and fields, that is, the water loss and leakage of facilities such as water transmission and distribution routes and gates along the route, should be well managed in four stages and types.

Four stages: agricultural water resources utilization efficiency management measures, from planning, decision-making, implementation and operation;

Four management forms: decision-making management in the early stage of planning and design, management in the implementation period of scheme measures, management measures of agricultural water resources utilization efficiency, supervision and management of scheme implementation, and management of effect monitoring and evaluation after implementation.
