When binding column stirrups, boards with a thickness of not less than 50mm should be set synchronously between each layer of operation channel and column vertical reinforcement in advance, and the boards should be fully spread and reliably fixed. When working under special circumstances without protective facilities, the operator must fasten the safety belt and hang the safety hook. 6 finalize the design column template, crane should cooperate with the assembly. 7 towering column template must be fixed with cable wind rope. It is forbidden to set cables and wind ropes on various channels. Within the height range of 3m near the ground end, reflective signs meeting the requirements shall be set. 8 Operators shall take effective safety measures when they enter the internal work of the formwork from the top of the column. The operator must fasten the safety rope before entering the column formwork, and be supervised by designated personnel. Measures for heatstroke prevention and cooling should be taken in time in high temperature season, and personnel should be changed frequently to ensure the safety of workers. 9 The vibrator used for pouring concrete should adopt a long flexible shaft and be equipped with a qualified final switch box. It is forbidden to connect the power wire of the vibration machine into the steel mold. Safe voltage must be used for column steel formwork. The outside of 10 column scaffold should be protected and isolated by dense mesh net and skirting board, which involves the column construction of traffic lanes, and a protective net should be added to the scaffold to protect traffic lanes.
