Where is Laoniu Bay?

Laoniuwan is located at the junction of Laoniuwan Town, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, China, and Laoniuwan Town, Qingshuihe County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with the Yellow River as the boundary.
