For lenient criminals and other criminals with special circumstances, the prison can take care to increase the number of meetings and extend the meeting time, and friends or others can also meet after applying for approval. Criminals who need to meet each other will ask to meet each month when sending letters. Squadron policemen send a meeting notice with the letter, and the meeting object will come to the prison to meet according to the specified date. In principle, the targets that criminals meet are the close relatives and guardians of criminals. Close relatives refer to spouses and their spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters. Respondents must bring their ID card and other valid proof of their relationship with criminals, household registration book, certificate of police station and letter of introduction from the unit, and they can meet only after being examined by the police officer in charge of meeting in the prison. Other relatives or other people that the prison considers helpful to the reform of criminals may also meet with the consent of the prison.
