With the care and attention of the hospital leaders and the help and guidance of the office colleagues, I began to have a comprehensive understanding of the operation and management of our hospital, and gradually adapted to the mode of working and living in the hospital. A brief summary of my work is as follows:
1. Strengthen learning and become fully familiar with the operation and management of the hospital
The operation and management of the hospital is a completely unfamiliar field to me . In order to adapt to the work of the hospital office as soon as possible, under the coordination and guidance of Director XX and other colleagues, I learned the rules and regulations and work plan of our hospital, the work responsibilities of the hospital office, the evaluation standards of the second-class hospitals, the preparation of documents of our hospital and the organization of meetings. The specific requirements and other contents, and became familiar with the department staff structure of our hospital and the current operation and management status of the hospital. In the past few months, I have actively learned the good working methods of Director xx and other colleagues, learned from each other's strengths, focused on coordination with colleagues, and constantly improved my professional level.
2. Work hard and conscientiously perform office duties
The hospital office is a comprehensive coordination department, and the work is complicated and trivial, and generally difficult to quantify. Therefore, in order to make my work standardized and efficient, according to the weekly work plan of Director XX, in line with the work concept of "serving the hospital leaders, serving the departments, and serving the medical staff", we should conscientiously complete our work. In the past few months, I have assisted or organized a number of ), prepared and issued Emergency department morning meeting and recommendation work for middle-level cadres of our hospital, assisting Director XX to carry out hospital style supervision, satisfaction survey, and tasks undertaken by the second-level establishment office such as hospital affairs disclosure, safe hospital, etc.
3. Recognize the shortcomings and strive to improve the level of all aspects of work
Since I came to work in the hospital, although the office work I participated in has been carried out in an orderly manner and my own work has been basically completed, But I know that my work is still far from the requirements of leaders and the expectations of colleagues. It is mainly reflected in the lack of communication and coordination with other departments. Learn about work policies, systems and office routine work, and strive to improve communication, coordination and work efficiency by learning from leaders, colleagues, books, and the Internet.
I have not been in the hospital for a long time, and I am still getting a deeper understanding of the operation and development of the hospital. As for the suggestions for the development of our hospital, I think it is very important that the hospital should attach great importance to the introduction and training of talents. Carry out more professional and technical training, improve welfare benefits, and retain existing talents.
Through external recruitment and providing further study opportunities, we will increase the introduction and training of professional and technical talents, lay the foundation for building our college's distinctive and advantageous majors, and enhance our college's social visibility.
