Gather talents to revitalize and consolidate support. Last year, 20 policies and measures for the revitalization of rural talents were formulated, focusing on the three links of cultivation, retention and attraction. For example, talent cultivation, the cultivation of new professional farmers, agricultural professional and technical personnel, and rural skilled personnel has been included in the practical tasks of the Qingdao Municipal Government, and it has been rated as a national demonstration city for the overall promotion of the cultivation of new professional farmers. In two years, 30,000 new professional farmers were trained.

Concentrate efforts on cultural revitalization and promote new trends. On the basis of excavating and utilizing excellent traditional culture, we will strengthen the publicity and education of socialist core values, enrich rural cultural life and cultural businesses, and promote integrity and cultivate new trends through the implementation of four projects: cultural benefit to the people, grassroots propaganda, rural memory, and civilized demonstration. Pingdu and Jiaozhou were selected as pilot cities for the construction of national new era civilization practice centers.

Concentrate on ecological revitalization and add charm. We will focus on demonstrations and implement the "Ten Hundreds and Thousands" project to create beautiful villages; we will fix shortcomings and focus on weak links such as garbage disposal and toilet renovation; we will focus on quality improvement and launch "Twenty Points to Improve the Quality of Demonstration Villages".

Work together to revitalize the organization and strengthen security. Improve the level of grassroots party organization building, deepen and expand the "Laixi experience", identify 223 weak and disorganized village party organizations, and complete rectification; improve the level of grassroots governance, use 1,057 new rural community service centers as a platform to form a 30-minute public service center *** service circle; improve the level of assistance and *** construction, select rural revitalization work teams and first secretaries, and station in 20 relatively weak economic streets and 175 collectively economically weak villages to focus on party building and promote development.
