Nanwan Expressway (the expressway from Nanchuan District to Wansheng District) is the expressway from Nanchuan District to Wansheng District in Chongqing, referred to as Nanwan Expressway. Nanwan Expressway starts from Wansheng Tunnel of Wan Qi Expressway and ends at Nanchuan Interchange of Yuxiang Expressway, with a total length of 29.95 kilometers. Brief introduction of Nanwan Expressway

Nanwan Expressway (Nanchuan-Wansheng Economic Development Zone), a section of the Third Ring Expressway, will be officially opened to traffic on 20 13 12 13. Although the total length is only 30 kilometers, the completion of Nanwan Expressway will not only shorten the time and space distance between Nanchuan and Wansheng Economic Development Zone, but also connect with existing expressways such as Yuxiang Expressway, Qijiang-Wansheng Expressway, Nanchuan-Fuling Expressway, and connect with scenic spots such as Heigu-Jinfo Mountain-fairy mountain in series to form a 1 hour tourist loop.

Nanwan Expressway Station

Nanwan Expressway starts from the exit of Wansheng Tunnel of Shaowan Expressway and ends at Nanchuan Interchange of G65 Baomao Line. Along the way, there are three toll stations: Jinfo Mountain West Toll Station, Nanping Toll Station and Jungle Toll Station. There are five interchanges in Wansheng, Jungle, Nanping, Jinfo Mountain West and Nanchuan, and a service area in Nanping.

Significance of Nanwan Expressway

After the Nanwan Expressway is opened to traffic, it will connect the golden areas of two major tourist cities in our city. Through Nanwan Expressway, Wansheng Economic Development Zone takes only 20 minutes to Nanchuan, saving nearly 40 minutes compared with the previous 303 provincial highway. Relevant persons of the Municipal Communications Commission said that with the opening of Nanwan Expressway, five cities, namely Changshou, Fuling, Nanchuan, Wansheng Economic Development Zone and Qijiang, will be connected by one vein, forming a local expressway network, and the links between the Chongqing-Hainan passages such as G65 Yuxiang and G75 Yuqian will be closer.
