The municipal, district and county people's governments should incorporate the promotion of civilized behavior into the national economic and social development plan, and the required funds should be included in the fiscal budget. Article 7: State agencies, enterprises, institutions, social groups, and other organizations should actively participate in the promotion of civilized behavior.

(6) Participate in voluntary blood donation, donate hematopoietic stem cells, human organs (tissues), remains and other activities in accordance with the law. Article 10: Promote the following behaviors:

(1) Civilized behavior. Observe the management regulations of public places, dress appropriately, speak and behave appropriately; wait in line for services; take the elevator first out before entering; cover your mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing; wear a mask when suffering from infectious respiratory diseases such as influenza.
