Teachers in the group watched the class on the spot, carefully recorded the class attendance, and listened to the class from two aspects: the situation design based on students' real life and the situation design based on students' cognitive level according to the detailed and perfect class attendance scale. After class, everyone brainstormed and exchanged ideas, experiences and experiences. In the discussion and exchange, everyone's opinions rub against each other and their thoughts collide with each other. Grinding classes, the more grinding, the more teachers will reflect on their own teaching, the more grinding, the more successful teachers will be in education.

For teachers who are struggling in the front line, in normal education and teaching, it is impossible to strive for perfection in every class due to time and progress problems, so there must be many regrets in teaching, and grinding classes is a good remedy. Of course, we have experienced fatigue and hard work in the sharpening class, but at the same time we have learned many wonderful things from our families and made up for our own shortcomings. In teaching material analysis, students' situation analysis, context setting, teaching material processing, teaching design thinking, teachers' language consideration, classroom wisdom manipulation and so on. We can all get inspiration from the grinding class, which virtually improves the ability of educational research. In the revision, we constantly sum up experience. We found that starting with small problems and details, focusing on a point, in-depth analysis, repeated discussion and demonstration, and long-term persistence can break through our teaching difficulties one by one and solve our teaching problems little by little. By participating in this sharpening activity, I hope we can leave more wonderful and less regrets in the future class.
