5. Improve the efficiency and quality of conference activities. As far as possible, all kinds of meetings are in the form of video teleconference, and some meetings can be held directly at the grassroots level without confidentiality and technical conditions.

Strictly control the funds for conference activities. All kinds of conference activities should strictly implement the relevant regulations, practise economy and oppose extravagance and waste. It is strictly forbidden to improve the standards of meeting meals and accommodation, and organize high-consumption entertainment and fitness activities. The venue layout of conference activities should be concise, and flowers and plants should not be used for work meetings, and background boards should not be used. It is strictly forbidden to distribute souvenirs in any name.

6. Reduce all kinds of documents and briefings

If there is no substantive content, it can be issued or not, and it will no longer be issued in the name of the municipal party Committee and the municipal government (including the general office of the municipal party Committee and the general office of the municipal government). In strict accordance with the authority and affiliation, multiple messages and leapfrog messages are not allowed.
