Last semester, our kindergarten conducted various forms of professional skills training and assessment for those under 40 years old and those who have worked for three years. The professional skills of young teachers have improved. This semester will continue to implement the spirit of the "Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial)" and the "Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6" and in accordance with the "Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers (Trial)" to promote the comprehensive development of kindergarten teachers' professional training and improve their professional skills. The professional skills and overall quality of kindergarten teachers will be improved to comprehensively improve the quality of kindergarten care education. It has now been decided to launch a professional skills competition for teachers in the whole park, and this plan has been specially formulated.

5. Competition content:

Telling stories, playing piano, playing and singing, dancing, painting, handicrafts, and writing.

6. Specific requirements for competition items:

1. Storytelling:

Requirements: 1 self-selected children’s story with healthy content, educational significance, and innovation Points are good, the voice is emotional, the Mandarin is good, the language is fluent, and the story should be told within 5 minutes. (Conducted in late March)

2. Piano performance:

Requirement: Play a piece of music. Choose a piano piece of your own choice (there is no limit on the subject matter, and the time should be controlled to be completed within 3 minutes.)

The difficulty level of the piece is suitable for you, the playing is complete, smooth and harmonious, and the overall audio-visual effect is good. (Conducted in early July)

3. Self-playing and self-singing:

Requirements: Based on the children's song exercises distributed in advance, draw lots to play and sing songs on site. The configuration of accompaniment chords is standard, scientific, and reasonable, in line with the style of the song, and the intensity control is appropriate; the accompaniment singer has clear articulation, which can highlight the ability of singing; the rhythm is clear, powerful, and rich in artistic emotion.
